White Collar Boxing Benefiting Local Charities in Charlotte
WHAT: Charlotte Corporate Fight Night will take place on Saturday May 3, 2014 at LABEL in the NC Music Factory. We took corporate America out of their comfort zone and provided them with an intense physical and emotional challenge in a safe environment that has been life changing on a multitude of levels. Charlotte-Corporate Fight Night boxers went through a selective audition process and an intensive six weeks of training for this big night in the squared circle.
WHO: Charities benefiting include: Amped 4-A-Cure, Susan G. Komen, South of the Bully Rescue, Give Hope Global, Girls On the Run, Little Smiles of NC, Pregnancy Resource Center, Celiac Disease Foundation, Charlotte Boxing Academy and the Men’s Homeless Shelter

WHY: Charlotte Corporate Fight Night boxers each campaigned to raise funds to support local charities and then fight for them in the ring as the winner gets the prize for their charity. Balancing careers, family, training, confidence, and philanthropy becomes an incredible character building experience as white collar fighters put themselves through one of the greatest challenges of their life with all of the pressures of a real prize fighter. This event will support (10) ten local charities.
