About
Creating Exposure through the Arts (“CEA”), is an extension of Carolina Entertainment Association and is based in Charlotte, NC. Currently all CEA activities are conducted by Mark Pendergrass, Executive Director, with assistance of Natascha Pendergrass, the Assistant Executive Director. Most CEA program activities are conducted as weekend and/or after-school programs. CEA programs have also been facilitated at Charlotte Park and Recreation locations inconjuction with the Police Activity League (P.A.L.) and YMCA of Greater Charlotte (the “YMCA”). CEA activities are funded through contracts with organizations such as the YMCA and PAL, grants and/or donations.
