Do Write Writing Lab

Charlotte and surrounding areas...Your support is needed in order for the Do Write Writing Lab, to become a reality.

What is Do Write? It will be a hands-on writing workshop lab for students and the Charlotte community. Assistance will be given for resume building, school projects, essays, cover letters, using technology tools and improving presentation skills. As an educator, I believe this will support classroom instruction and may even create lifetime writers.

I have submitted this idea to the the Pepsi Refresh program for $25k, but daily votes are needed from you, your friends, family, co-workers. . anyone 13yrs or older. Votes can be submitted via the site at www.refresheverything.com/dowrite  or you can vote by sending a text 102160 to Pepsi (73774). It seems with our busy schedules, texting would be easier, plus you can just hit resend each day!

Voting is only for the month of September, and I must be in the top ten in order to get the funds.
